Angie Rutherford, VP, Legal Operations

Angie joined the corporate legal team at The Kane Company in 2021 as a paralegal. She supports the in-house General Counsel with all corporate and real estate transactions with emphasis in entity formation, Secretary of State and Internal Revenue Service filings, maintaining entity status and compliance, assist with lease agreements and amendments, preparation of closing documents, due diligence, managing multiple high priority closings, among a variety of other tasks.

She graduated from the University of San Diego Paralegal Program in 2014 and has a Business Management and Administration degree from Heald College of Monterey, CA.

Her professional affiliations include being a Notary Public for the State of New Hampshire.
