Anthony Santana, Property & Asset Manager

Anthony began his career at the Kane Company in 2021 as a part-time intern with a deep passion for the commercial real estate industry. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, he transitioned into a full-time position as a Financial Analyst, supporting the company’s leasing and acquisition efforts. In May of 2023, Anthony was promoted to Assistant Property Manager where he currently works as part of a senior team supporting the company’s 3.5 million square foot portfolio through property management.

His academic background began at Sacred Heart University in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he started his studies in Business Administration. Seeking to further develop his communication skills, he transferred to the University of New Hampshire where he graduated with a degree in Communications and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

He looks forward to furthering his career at the Kane Company as he continues to advance in his current role and take on new challenges. He has a strong dedication to his work and is highly motivated, contributing significantly to the ongoing success of the Kane Company.

He recently moved to Portsmouth and has a passion for health and fitness. He enjoys cooking new recipes with fresh ingredients from the local farmers market and living an active lifestyle by going to the gym.
