Stacey Abel, Vice President, Asset Management

Stacey joined The Kane Company in 2011 and currently holds a position as Vice President, Asset Management. In her role, Stacey manages 800,000 square feet of commercial real estate consisting of office, retail, industrial and warehouse space. As Vice President, Asset Management, she is responsible for the daily operations of her portfolio, investor reporting, budgeting, and overseeing tenant-related construction projects, acquisitions and dispositions, and property renovations. She is also licensed to conduct real estate transactions in New Hampshire and has been heavily involved in lease transactions with client profiles varying from international to local companies.

Prior to joining Kane, Stacey began her property management career in 2006 at a new high-rise development in Boston, MA, and later assisted in the management of a 572,000 square foot office park in Cambridge, MA.

Stacey received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut. She resides in the Seacoast area with her husband, two children and dog, Pippa, and enjoys spending time in Madison, New Hampshire.
